Subject: NetWare 386 and 286 Mirroring Differences
Date: September 14, 1990

GENERAL
INFORMATION: NetWare 386 is much smarter than NetWare 286 at remirroring
drives. It always knows which is the primary drive. Even
though INSTALL claims that both drives are in sync, NetWare
knows better and if you choose the out of sync drive as the
primary, it will still use the correct drive. As far as we
are able to tell, this is fairly foolproof.
With NetWare 286 you must be careful to choose the correct
drive to mirror.
